Upon cancellation of your CitiWidePhone and/or ADSL service, you agree to return your CitiWidePhone rental adapter/ADSL rental modem and its associated power adapter, boxes, CD, cables, etc. to Citiwide within 7 days. For whatever reason you will fail or return all items within 7 days, a $5 per day late return charge will apply. The maximum penalty is $79 plus applicable taxes. The CitiWidePhone adapter/ADSL Modem and accessories must be returned in good working condition. You authorize Citiwide to charge the applicable amount to your credit card account if returned items are damaged or missing. Notice to you of any changes to the 'Terms and Conditions' shall be considered given when Citiwide posts the change on www.cititune.com. To keep up to-date on the Terms and Conditions you agree to read the posting from time to time. Notice will be considered received by you, and such changes will become binding on the date posted, and no further notice will be given by Citiwide. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions from time to time for updates and changes. Your signature below is the proof that you have read and agree to the above CitiWidePhone service and its Terms and Conditions. You are fully aware of the limitation of the CitiWidePhone service. You hold Citiwide harmless in all situations.
